League City Chamber Stands Ready to Assist with Hurricane Recovery
Hurricane Ike certainly took a toll on the Gulf Coast area but I am pleased to say that League City was one of the more fortunate cities in the Bay Area. Many of our members suffered little or no damage while others were highly impacted by the storm. The League City Chamber of Commerce is open for business and ready to help and support each of you during this time.
We also encourage our members to lean on each other for moral support, as well as exchange of information, resources and assistance as we all try to bring our daily routines back to normal. We can also help each other and our local economy by using the business directory on this website for the products and services you need, now and in the future.
I have witnessed a great spirit of community and cooperation within our city during the recovery efforts and I know that these acts of kindness and neighborly attitude will build even more so as times goes on. By pulling together, this experience will make us an even stronger community in the long run.
We will continue to post information on this web site that will be helpful to you during the recovery period and will keep you posted through email of any new information or developments. We wish each of you the best and again, please do not hesitate to contact us if we can assist you in any way.
