Ambassadors The chamber's official membership contact group. Performs recruitment and retention functions as well as hosts chamber events and ribbon cuttings. (meets monthly)
Annual Awards Celebration Plans the annual awards dinner (meets Sept. - Jan.)
Beautification Committee Secures resources for beautification and maintenance of the city’s I-45 gateways in conjunction with road construction projects.(meets as needed)
Business Expo Plans the annual business expo showcasing members' products and services (meets Apr. - Sept.)
Education Supporting the chamber's newly formed partnership with CCISD (meets monthly)
Historic District Task Force Will address future development of the Historic District and waterfront areas. (meets as needed)
Legislative Affairs Monitors and informs members about legislation and issues that impact the business community. (meets bi-monthly)
Men Who Cook Plans the annual celebrity chef fundraiser (meets Apr. - Jul.)
South Shore Dockside Food & Wine Festival Planning Committee Assists with planning of the chamber’s largest fundraiser.(meets as needed)
South Shore Dockside Food & Wine Festival Volunteer Volunteer to work at the event.
Spring Golf Classic Plans the annual golf tournament (meets Jan. Apr.)
Traffic/Mobility Addresses congestion and mobility issues by working with local and state officials to assess needed infrastructure, research funding mechanisms and encourage progress on priority projects (meets as needed)
